4. Trainer Recruitment Policy

Purpose: The purpose of this Trainer Recruitment Policy is to establish a comprehensive framework for the recruitment and selection of qualified and experienced trainers for Edyunay. This policy outlines the principles, processes, and responsibilities that govern our commitment to hiring trainers who align with our educational objectives and values.

 Scope: This policy applies to all aspects of the trainer recruitment process at Edyunay, including job advertising, application procedures, selection criteria, and onboarding.

 Principles: Educational Expertise: We seek trainers who possess a deep understanding of the subject matter they will be teaching and who stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Pedagogical Skill: Trainers must demonstrate effective teaching methodologies, a commitment to learner engagement, and the ability to adapt teaching styles to various learning needs.

Technological Proficiency: As an EdTech company, we require trainers to be proficient in the use of relevant educational technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment. Trainers should demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in their teaching practices.

Continuous Professional Development: Trainers are expected to engage in ongoing professional development to enhance their skills, stay updated on educational best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs.

4.1. Recruitment process

Job Posting: Clear and detailed job postings will be created, outlining the qualifications, responsibilities, and expectations for the position.

Application Review: Applications will be reviewed by a designated recruitment team to ensure alignment with the specified qualifications and requirements.

Interviews and Assessments: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a comprehensive interview process, including subject-specific assessments, to evaluate their teaching skills, subject knowledge, and compatibility with our organizational culture.

Reference Checks: Reference checks will be conducted to verify the candidate’s previous teaching experience and performance.

Onboarding and Training: Successful candidates will undergo a thorough onboarding process, including training on our EdTech platforms, policies, and procedures.

5.Responsibilities

Top Management: Top management is responsible for establishing and communicating the quality policy, providing necessary resources, and demonstrating leadership in promoting a culture of quality.

Quality Assurance Team: The Quality Assurance Team will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). They will conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards as per ISO and course certifying bodies.

Development Teams: Development teams are responsible for following established processes, conducting thorough testing, and delivering products that meet or exceed quality standards.

Customer Support Teams: Customer support teams are responsible for gathering customer feedback, addressing issues promptly, and collaborating with development teams to implement improvements.

6. Processes

Product Development: Rigorous testing will be conducted at every stage of product development, including course changes as per universal certifying body standards, training, and implementation. Regular customer reviews and training improvisations will be implemented.

Customer Feedback and Support: Customer feedback will be actively collected through surveys, reviews, and direct communication channels. Support teams will address issues promptly and provide solutions.

Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: Key performance indicators (KPIs) of the trainers will be monitored regularly, and lessons learned from each project will be used to continuously improve processes.

7. Training and Development

Employees will receive training on quality standards, best practices, and the proper use of tools and methodologies to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.

8. Review and Revision

This Quality Assurance Policy will be reviewed annually by top management and updated as necessary to reflect changes in the organization, industry standards, or regulatory requirements.

9. Communication

This policy will be communicated to all employees, stakeholders, and other interested parties to ensure understanding and compliance.

Trainee Policy

1. The trainee has the right to request change in trainer in case of the following reasons

a) More frequent class rescheduling by the trainer

b) More frequent absence of the trainer

c) Non-punctuality of the trainer

2. If the trainer is late for the class or does not join within 5 minutes of the class timing the trainee has the right to refuse to attend the class and ask for a rescheduled class. In that case they can mail on support@edyunay.com

3. Alternatively if the trainer joins late for the class and the trainee continues with the class, the trainer will extend the class timing or will compensate with extra classes in the consecutive classes.

4. The company will require upto 96 working hours to arrange an alternative/replacement trainer in case of group classes and upto 150 working hours for one on one classes

5. The request for change/replacement trainer will be considered in the discretion of the quorum of the class strength in group classes ie; 60% of the total members of the batch.

6. For the entire duration of his/her association with Edyunay, the trainee is expected to respond promptly on calls, WhatsApp and emails (based on the contact details provided by the trainee to the Company).

7. If the Company is not able to serve the trainee in any way due to the delay in responding from the trainee’s side, the Company will not be liable for the loss of time/classes or any other inconvenience caused to the trainee.

8. If the trainee is found to have taken classes with the trainer on any alternative platform, he/she will be blacklisted and all of his/her ongoing bookings will be deemed invalid without providing any refund.

9. The allocation of the trainers would be done by the company based on the availability and qualification of the trainer.

10. In case of batch training if the trainee wishes to change the time and day preference of the class it can be done only at the discretion of the batch quorum. That is 90 % of the class strength.

11. Although the trainee can share their trainer preference, the company does not fully ensure the same trainer assigned for the course.

12. On grounds of privacy policy, the trainees are strictly prohibited from sharing or asking for contact details and other personal details from the trainers and vice versa.

13. If the trainee joins the class late , the company is under no obligation to compensate for the lost time and the class will end at the scheduled time.

14. In case the trainee discontinues with the class due to personal/genuine reason they can transfer the remaining classes to a family member/friend and send the details to the company at support@edyunay.com. In no case a refund will be entertained by the company.

15. While the company will try its best, it may not always be possible for a single trainer to complete all the classes for a given trainee and sometimes the trainer might have to discontinue due to personal or medical reasons.

16. The batches will start only as per the Company’s internal Calendar and although the trainee can send requests for another/additional batch 96 hours prior to the proposed class start date by sending the mail to support@edyunay.com.

17. It is the trainee’s responsibility to highlight to the Company via mail at support@edyunay.com if the trainees are not satisfied with the speed or coverage of topics by the trainer or if the trainer is not delivering the entire duration of the class.

18. In case the trainer is repeating the topic covered (other than planned revision ) the trainee has to inform immediately by mailing at support@edyunay.com.

Refund policy

At Edyunay, we are committed to delivering exceptional educational experiences to our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our products and services.

1. Student Eligibility for Refund:

Refund requests will be considered within 10 days from the date of purchase or enrollment.

To qualify for a refund, users must provide a valid reason for their request.

2. Registration fees:

  • Non-Refundable : The registration fee is non refundable under any circumstance. this fee cover administrative cost and secures your place in the course.

3. Company Valid Reasons for Refund:

  1. Technical issues: If the classes experience technical malfunctions that significantly hinder the learning experience.
  2. In the event of cancellation of the course by the company.

4. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Refund requests submitted after the specified timeframe will not be considered.
  2. Users who have accessed or started the classes and recorded sessions will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Dissatisfaction with content, features, or quality that were accurately described at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Request Process:

  1. Users must submit a refund request through support@edyunay.com.
  2. The request should include the student’s name, contact information, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
  3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 15 working days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed using the online payment method.

6. Refund Amount:

  1. The refund amount will be the original purchase price, excluding any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
