We seek a motivated and experienced Tele sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Ed-tech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and driving sales of our innovative foreign language products and services through outbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our foreign language products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information to educate and influence purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
